a bigger shame is that some of his work was destroyed thanks to mediocre Hollywood producers when the 90's came to an end.

I agree.
I hate all of these idiots that see something wild and creative, and since they themselves are NOT creative or talented, they express their limited understanding of creativity by saying "Oh, he must have been on DRUGS!"
Why is it that everyone thinks that randomness or creativity comes from DRUGS all the time?
Maybe it comes from a person with a great imagination!
