  • what she said from 5:03-5:23 is right on! that's exactly how i feel. there are so many different ways to workout and i love finding new ways to move. whether it's rock climbing, running, swimming, zumba, aerobics, capoeira, kickboxing, hiking, pilates, cycling etc... it doesn't matter as long as you're moving. great video, i'm gonna try these moves
