I think nearly everybody who knows about NLP would agree that Richard is deffinately ONE of the best at doing things his way but.. the real magic starts to happen as you begin to understand that what works very well for him may not work so well for someone else.. which means you can also be Brilliant, insightful and Captivating when you find out what works very well for you too :) why not be the best you.. you can be?
For all you folks who are sceptic to NLP let me tell you something: It's not.
NLP is a method to boost up your mental state and get into good frame, because everything is based on feelings. You workout to feel good firstly, your looks are just resultant of your mental state. It's like going to a party to feel better and happy, it's not, you have to feel good with yourself before you go to a party, and then you draw more and more good felings to yourself. NLP is a study of human feelings.

Now ... an ordinary person whose entire knowledge has been shaped primarily by the media, public education and movies, well I can see how Bandler would strike people at that place in their lives as "unprofessional" or worse. Much like physicists talking about subatomic particles might come off a bit crazy down at the bar :) Take a deep breath, relax, open your eyes to the possibility that he may be more! Now, watch some of his other stuff here like "The Hypnotist" parts 1-2.
@hrvad I'm someone whose mind hasn't been shaped by the media, in fact i was brainwashed for many years by the crap that Bandler has come out with. Since then i've learnt actual facts.I can tell you right now that he talks out of his arse. The guy really is a fraud and makes his living disdaining knowledge. What's more, talk to reputable professionals in the fields of neuroscience, linguistics, psychology and they would laugh in disbelief the rubbish he comes out with (cont).....

@hrvad ... I am also a critic of public education, treat movies as fiction and take the media with a massive pinch of salt but really do believe Bandler is worse that all of them put together. NLP is not respected in either business or academia and only makes his money through bogus + worthless training courses (research the facts and figures). I've been there done that, regretted it, realised that NLP is just rehashed psychology that existed before. He isn't professional period.
