another issue is that some of the originals are kind of lost and i don't know if others have it uploaded. i would try to upload as many of them as possible after the remakes are done with director's commentary on the annotations (turn it off if you don't want that)

I used to hack Pokemon roms, but then I found an easier way for me to do stuff like that, I found out about Rpg Maker XP and the pokemon starter kit. It's awesome!

as for me. you notice how i sometimes just put pictures in top of the enemy screen? it's easier and better cause it's VERY ANNOYING to find a pokemon with the same color scheme as the one who's boss you want and the colors will be messed up and the replacement has to be smaller. so yea at least we found an easier way.

I was able to hack my Pokemon Fire Red ROM and I replaced the male trainer with Mario with Overworld Editor. I also hacked Tentacruel, Charizard, Typhlosion, Pidgeot and Scyther with unLZ.GBA to make them look like Mario characters. Thanks.

few changes

1) it was never clearly stated in the series how mario knows mewtwo, ho-oh, or lugia. BUT, they will be introduced later so that everyone gets an idea how they met

2) i realized that the fact that anyone dying but getting revived is a cliche. yes i know a lot died in the original episode but they just automatically get revived so it's pointless to let them die only to be revived.

3) zapdos is so that you see the relationship of the 3 legendary birds (i know there's ho-oh lugia but)

Before we used programs such as Mario 64 Movie Maker, all we did was basically record some Mario 64 gameplay, sometimes with some codes, and just do some editing such as adding music. Now, we focus on things such as the camera angle, panning/zooming, and using more special effects. You haven't done this, however, yet your videos are still awesome. Good for you, dude. Good for you.

I don't really do much zooming or panning, but what kinda separates me from others is that I use pokemon games that I hack to my own tastes and I'll stop using Mario recolors and put pictures on top instead because you know how Megaman765 rants on that? with the pictures, at least you see real pokemon instead of a Mario dressing up in the colors of the pokemon. Plus I'm thinking of using a lot of animation.
