  • Hi Fiona, how are you? I recently had my second baby and bought your book to get back into shape. Ii'm still reading it but am really enjoying it. I was wondering if you're going to be adding anytto your online videos or website at all?

  • @ChicGoddess001

Hi ChicGoddess001, Congrats on your 2nd baby! Thank you for your kind words about my book, I'm glad it's helpful. I don't have current plans to add more to my youtube channel or website - it was mostly to launch the book (& I end up editing out too many x-rated comments from online viewers not genuinely interested in this content... not very nice!) I am happy to consider requests though!

All the best with getting back into shape, harder with 2, but the effort pays off.

    Fiona

  • I'd kill to have your body:)

  • so fit

  • sorry not buying it. I think its a great way to "stay" in shape, but you dont look like you have ever had a weight problem. Your frame is small and looks like you have been thin all your life. You stay fit by doing your work out but I seriously doubt it would do much good for someone like me who has to lose 15 pounds.

sorry just not buying this one

  • I have not worked as a trainer since 2000 & I have a sedentary job in writing & academia, so my work does not keep me fit at all. I gained at least 17-18kg (37-40 lbs, then I stopped weighing!) in each of 2 pregnancies, which I then lost. I detailed this in my recent book. Looks can be deceiving, many of us fight battles hard won, no matter how things may look from the outside. This video is a starting point. Add regular walking and of course none of it will work without the right nutrition.

  • What about diet(?) . . . I wonder if you have any videos on diet. Any tricks up your sleeve? Any secrets? I bet you were always pretty physically-fit. You just have that awesome look, like a fitness model.

  • Thank you so much for this video, I just did it and man those 4 mins seemed good for me and I will be doing this 3 time a week like you said, towards my goal for fitness ! Thanks a bunch!!

  • You're very welcome, I'm glad you liked it. I always think the best plans for staying fit are simple and quick so you can go on and enjoy the rest of your life!

    Cheers, Fiona

  • Hi there, cheers for the reply! I will try the routines as I loved doing my aerobic kickboxing and hope to get back to it soon, so would like to keep supple for when I do go back - instead of being unfit again :-) Cheers!

  • Would you have to warm up before doing any of these routines? Which would end up being longer than four mins. Good vid though

  • Hi, Thanks for watching. Beginners can do this without a warm up if done with control & good form - because it's body weight and light weights. So I wouldn't be too concerned about warming up. Also, it begins with large movements, & you warm up quickly. But if you want to work harder, do it twice; easy first, then hard - longer, but still fast. I do random squats/lunges during the day - fine without a warm up. Or 2 or 3 minutes of dancing before is a great warm up. Cheers, Fiona

  • hey thanks, glad you like it! I have a new one coming up, great cardio, bit of kickboxing, also easy to do at home... Kids are 4 & 6 now, Cheers

  • i dont believe you had two children. lol

  • i really like this and you dont have to buy the weights. 4 mins very practical.
