@klongyaw7 Yeah, the only thing which annoys me a bit here is that the vocal line at the beginning is a rip off of the first vocal line on the first Lizard song, Cirkus. Otherwise, one more great piece of music from SW
When you let Doctor Frankenstein cut out the most creative parts from the brain of 4 people, I Say; -IGOR STRAVINSKY, -BEETHOVEN, -ROGER WATERS, and –BJÖRK. Put it in a blender and squeeze this mixture into one men's head, I Say; -STEVEN WILSON-. And when he wakes up in D.F. his lab and starts talking, get him out of there and lock him up in a studio. Now let him compose a musical ecstatic masterpiece into the 21st century. Then you will end up with "GRACE FOR DROWNING". Extreme in DTS@HD

@willregnier I think Wilson wants the sound to be absolutely perfect but he gets the exact opposite. It feels like it's a very digitally reworked sound and I am tired of all this effects on the voice. Everything is cold and soulless but when you mean to do it like on Fear Of A Blank Planet it's ok...but now is too much
@FreeFromReign are you sure?1:42... what about the "choir" after the riff ? Absolutely ridicoulous...I'd never give him my songs if I had to look for a producer... I hope he'll come back doing decent things but I doubt
@ArsenicTheLegend I'd find out the producers of albums like Lost Souls by Doves or others that I like and contact them if I want a specific kind of sound. All the other ways: EVERYONE but Wilson and his choirs
@simognr Fair enough. But I have to disagree with you, I think the choirs in Raider II are awesome and just make the song when they come in during that thematic riff.
@ArsenicTheLegend I just think he could have made them less invasive...more in the background but anyway, there's still something good in this album like Remainder The Black Dog

@xara6657 - I think that part of his thought process at least was paying homage. At least that would be my guess.Still amazing work though.
