  • WOW

  • im calling myself the runt.my cousins are 6ft7,6ft6 and 6ft,4.im the runt at 6,3inches and 303lbs.it wasnt meant as an insult.

  • i personally welcome this young man to train at my gym.hell,i will even pay expenses to make sure he gets all the help he wants.but looks to me as if hes doing a damn good job!

  • 8 olympic platforms,33-464lb atlas stones,watson2- 3 inch bars,12 kegs of varying weights,cabers,weight for height etc.ive been training for 27 years.25 of those olympic.my 75 year old dad pulled 430.

  • i own zeaus gym .we specialize in olympic, strongman, powerlifting and scottish heavy event training.my gym was designed to enhance the strength athletes ability to succede.we have 16 power racks,

  • the squat puts stress on the joints.i was taught by jim schmitz[3 time olympic usa coach] not to use wraps of any kind.this will only take away from when we put real stress on them in competition.squatting properly with textbook form is the true way to go.and if hes got a great coach, hell be just fine.im going on 30 years straight of olympic squatting-both front and back.not one single problem ever.my doctor loves the fact that i continue my heavy olympic lifting.hes not typical.he wants more!

  • ill sound like an old fart but if he doesn't look after his joints and what not he ll be burned out in 10 years time train smart or don't train

  • ive personally seen bigger and stronger teens than this guy at the sports palace.he would have been the runt of the litter there.teens produce incredibly high amounts of free flowing test naturally.they truly dont need the drugs with proper manipulation of diet and heavy training focusing on multi-joint compound exercises moving weight through space.these movements are natural catalyst to promote test naturally.

  • shut up idiot

  • @ibtarnine anyday, anytime, anyplace .when you can come into my gym and teach me things and outlift me in any lift, then well talk.pansy asses like you are what keep people like him from accomplishing anything.thank the gods he doesnt have a trainer like you,or a mentor for that matter, like you.he would have given up a long time ago.its just a sad world people like you live in .my life speaks for itself.to be blunt, not him or anyone else that wishes to excel in life needs you around.

  • lol. no need to get mad son. there was really no reason for you to insult the 15 year old kid burying nearly 500lbs by calling him a "runt".

  • there is no way on god's green earth that this horse testosterone boosted kid is 15

  • oh man.i mean our genetic courses from high school.damn it!

  • also, lets not forget our genetics couses from high scool.i mean come on .

  • i started doing olympic squats when i was 11.im 6ft,3 inches tall.my coach was jim schmitz[owner of the sports palace in san francisco,3 time olympic usa weightlifting coach],he completely debunked this myth, along with 27 other world class coaches.the russians, bulgarians, romanians etc all started out their athletes as young as 7!alexeev started training at 8.serge redding at 9.enough of the myths.

  • is that bullshit still out there regarding weights and stunting of growth.that was thrown out by my olympic lifting coach[jim schmitz] over 25 years ago. any way, excellent lift, awesome depth.be proud, listen to yourself and a great coach who has YOUR best interest at heart.youll have a long and productive career.good luck.

  • nice deep squat,sick lift!!good on u!

  • @XNewAgeWarriorx

Exercises which compress your spine such as the squat with weights do stunt your growth, especially with weights so heavy. Most other exercises are perfectly fine but I don't reccomend doing squats till your 18+.

  • @TheGregsterx And who are you to recommend this? There's been many studies done by actual scientists that says it won't stunt your growth.

  • Its interesting the jealous people here are the ones with negative comments

  • And he will always remember that day, for it was the day he sprayed his bowels all over the floor......

  • Gelatinous as fuck

  • Yes, lifting heavy at this age does stunt your growth, but he probably wanted to become something great. I know a bodybuilder who started young and hes short as fuck, (5,5)

  • @TheGregsterx No, no it does not. You just pulled that out of your ass.

  • Brilliant!

  • amazing

  • impressive ass to the grass but i wanna see a birth certificate that veryfies what i read lol

  • No, it doesn't. There's been a fairly comprehensive meta-study done on this very subject. Please see "Effects of Resistance Training in Children and Adolescents" by Behringer and Heede et al. (2010) in Pediatrics.

  • why are ppl doing this at an early age? doesnt this stunt your growth?

  • always great to see heavy ass to the grass squats. this kid is a beast

  • amazing!

  • It's an impressive high-bar squat and you're doing weight 99.9% of most people can't do. That said, I echo the form comments - it's off because you good-morning the weight at the end which is horrible for your back.

  • Damn Son!

  • Boss at 15. Impressive.

  • hahha whaaat a dick wish i was that big at 15, haha respect thoo

  • Amazing...Olympic squats too...

  • There's a lot of ego training amongst brats - and many injured backs too.

  • he could bump it up to id say 505 his form wasnt that bad really

  • holy piss this kid puts me to shame. fucking outstanding. real show of power for someone so young.

  • that was perfekt form

  • good bye knees.

  • @Gunnar88 Well, how am I supposed to do better? Any tips? :s i do prefer constructive critcism.

  • yout 15! that's fucken nuts man

  • I'm 15 and I can only daedlift this haha :L I'm only 69kg though.

But damn, squatting this? 1+ man.

  • @Avataryoutuification 220 deadlift with 69kg and 15 years- go home sissy

  • @Gunnar88 Hope this is sarcastic.

  • And now he front squats more than this

  • i can squat 200 after 4 years of hard powerlifting and im 23- how is it possible that this boy could squat this heavy weight in this age??

  • @Gunnar88 He started young when life didn't get in the way of lifting.

  • @EndlersaurusRex thats impressive!

  • @Gunnar88 Genetics helps a hell of a lot.

  • @Gunnar88 200 in 4 years? 200kg? right? I've done squatting since september and I'm already at 130 :P.

  • @TheEpicShitz dont rise the weight to fast.. 130 is light wight but you could hurt yout back realy fast

  • @Gunnar88 I'm aware, I have done maks 130, but I'm sticking to more reps and make sure I get the best progress. Which is why I stick a bit more around 115 ish, to make sure I get the full movement and don't cheat when I reach high. Would screw my knees up really hard. Thanks anyways for the advice :) Wish you good luck on building/strenght if you still do it :)

  • @TheEpicShitz thanyou but its too late ^^ my back is broken for a while and i have to stop lifting for a half year- thats why i gave you the advice to raise up slowly and to focus on technique ;) its so bad when you couldnt trainin any more :´(

  • @Gunnar88 Yeah I understand, totally do. I tell my friends they gotta go down and don't pull too much weight. My other friend started off 120-130 2-3 weeks before me... which is stupid and he doesn't go all way down, which will make his knee's get fucked up. Thanks again dude and I hope someday you can workout again! I would go emo if it one day stops me... Its my passion and part of my daily routine now. Wish you good luck and thanks a lot again :)

  • @Gunnar88 Btw I'm 22.

  • Damnit..I did this(225 - 232,5 fail) when I was 28..now 30. Dont seem to come near that feat now. This guy is 15 man..just sick!! Awesome.

  • The rack is too low for you.

    Great work.

  • he looks a bit older

  • people who bash their heads into dumbells all day don't know what kilograms are, or that a plate could possibly weigh more than 45 pounds, or that setting a PR is healthy.

  • i could do that..........until i took an arrow to the knee

  • Thats 405 you fucking twats.

  • @iamfuckingfunny notsureifsrs.jpg

  • @iamfuckingfunny You're ignorant. Each red plate is 25kg, or 55 pounds.

  • @EndlersaurusRex FUCK YOU FAG

  • @iamfuckingfunny EACH PLATE IS 20kg TWAT

  • @iamfuckingfunny You sound mad that you're naive to the common Olympic lifting plates; large red plates are 25kg. I am not homosexual, and pointing out your ignorance in way makes me that way.

Maybe you should go see an anger management counselor.

  • @iamfuckingfunny Bar is 20kg, each plate is 25kg. Do the math, foo

  • jesus... This can't be healthy for a 15 year old!

  • @COOPZILON sure it can!

  • @COOPZILON if its done drugfree and right, theres no problem

  • And now I feel weak and small....

  • Dang thats a lot.. I'm 14 and I only do 270.

  • Finally! An impressive age to weight ratio where the person squats deep.

  • outfuckingstanding.

  • Awesome great lift

  • he's got gasoline in his vains

  • very impressive, but why the long walkout? I would of collapsed from that

  • @chriswilson1974 I guess so he has more room to dump the bar if he fails, in front as well as behind.

  • @chriswilson1974 cause he's boss and can't help but to prove it!

  • I used to squat as heavy as you but then I took an arrow in the knee...

  • he was a little off on his form

  • it s not 220 kg and guy is at least 19 yo.

  • @Aussder 8x25 = 200 + 20 = 220.

He's an Olympic Lifter. You can look up his age...

  • @Aussder 8x25kg plates = 200kg plus 20kg bar = 220.

  • u look atleast 20+ years old!

  • THAT MOTHERFUCKER IS 15? LOLOLOL

  • 0:16 Ow yeah baby, give it to me! Deeper please !!

  • @Livenderrr Pause and press 8 repeatedly.

  • unreal

  • Super strong. His form seems a bit off though. Something just doesn't look right. And his upper body looks like it's caving in before he squats it (shoulders rounded forward, etc). Can anyone explain?

  • @eowdaoc

It's really fuckin heavy thats why lol. If you're going for one rep with a massive weight like that you're not going to have perfect form.

  • @vnn117 ignore fags that cant do 80lbs

  • @eowdaoc he was holding the bar at a really close grip so he couldnt really have a cerviture in his back

  • wo, i dont know wtf arguments are going on here, but fucking good effort bro!!!!

  • jep steroids

  • @Jaiuoi he doesnt even look like has taken anything...ever.

  • @xNewAgeWarriorx that doesnt say anything but ok its possible without steroids its only 220kg looked more. ok its really hittin a limit

  • I always love videos of strong kids with 2 very athletic looking guys in the backround coaching lol. Good job kid.

  • Not deep enough his ass did not touch the ground.....

  • @WeAreAllWreckless hahahaha

  • @WeAreAllWreckless ur fucking joking right?

  • @Floarti No I am dead serious...

Lol of course I am kidding it was a grea squat and the dude is a beast. Lol

  • great man

  • yeah im so uneducated, especially since i took martial arts for seventeen years and knocked out guys bigger then this kid.

  • @laylow89 liar. Martial arts are fake and can't knock people out.

  • @sweathogsparky yeah your right, and this guy can

  • @laylow89 Learn the definition of uneducated. Just because you did martial arts for seventeen years doesn't mean shit. Any jiu jitsu expert would destroy you. Not only that extra muscle mass doesn't make you slower. Its only if you lift slow. This kid is an Olympic weightlifter which are the most powerful athletes in the world.

  • @JordanSpecops123 jiu jitsu? lol, thats part of martial arts son, did you NOt know that?OH AND id love to get knocked down by a jiu jitsu fag...they cant land a punch if it meant their life. i would love to see all of you people in the world so i can EDUCATE you on a couple things./

  • @laylow89 cool story bro

  • @laylow89 Don't try to act tough when you have videos of your tubby self playing with your obese friend on your channel, lmao.

  • @iamaheron tubby? lol ill kick your ass dude, and my obese friend is a 3rd degree black belt. why dont u say that to his face? i live in chicago, il. 15th and montague lets play :)

  • @laylow89 Sure you will, Garfield.

  • @iamaheron Not any more lol!

  • i would still beat your ass in a fight, all muscle mass does is make you slower

  • @laylow89 LOL So uneducated!

  • @laylow89 be more insecure, jesus no one is even talking to you.

  • @laylow89 Honestly if you're half as good a fighter as you are at making an ass out of yourself on youtube, I wouldn't want to fight you. You'd probably give Bruce Lee a good match.

  • the head is starting to swell from water/sodium retention

I work in a sports medicine clinic and see these people come in with parents due to physical problems. We send them to a doctor or hospital. as most are having problem from mail order over the internet steriods. Google it and find out how easy it is to get them over the internet. The trouble is no one to test for toxicity and other porblems once they start taking them.

  • @Weh1921 what are u talking about

  • Press 8 repeatively and enjoy

  • outstanding bro!!!!!! big congrats ;)

    greetings from Poland.

  • Amazing!!! Great potential!

  • I really doubt he is 15, nonetheless fantastic performance

  • @MasterOfPES I don't understand how you can question his age when he's competed in tons of oly lifting competitions. His age is public knowledge. The guy got 2nd at youth worlds this year -- look him up on the IWF website.

  • @natarem I see, looks like I was wrong thanks for the info! He really does look older than his real age though!

  • bravo!!

  • steroids are cool I guess

  • i remember my first 485lb squat at age 15

  • @GrandWizad You remember dreaming about it. You're still dreaming about it.

  • @GrandWizad yeah i remember when i was 17 and 7foot tall 300pounds bodyweight, good times.

  • Super strong little mofo!!

  • give me your genetics

  • holy shit

  • That is phenomenal..future Olympic medallist right here.

  • ouch.....my knees....

  • Impressing.

Just think what you can become when you reaching the right weight class.

Hasten slowly, so you do not achieve a lot of injuries.

If I shall be a bit critical.., be a little more careful when you lift of the bar and even then you walk back.

    *-* Nice to see *-*

  • lol yes kid has power, but damnit he shouldnt do it at that weight, the way he lifted, looked painful shud go lower

  • How the fuck can you dislike this video! This is freaking superhuman for 15 years old!

  • that belt is way to thin. you need the thick powerlifting ones.

  • 15 years old....485....ATG.....any dislike of this video is a disgrace to weightlifting, bodybuilding, sports training, etc.....If you do not know what you are talking about.....do not comment.....This is an extremely impressive lift on multiple levels....keep up the work young man

  • @hzlwdcntrlftbll

    Absolutely! Good and rightly written.

  • hey arent you suppose to breathe when doing that??? not trying to be a dick about it or anything. but im just wondering... i mean it was a great squat. it just looked like u werent breatheing

  • @irishpride51 No, you need to keep it in to stay tight. Think of yourself like a ballon. What happens when yo slowly let the air out? It looses support and drains. ATG FTW!

  • @nassauone But dude be smart about your breathing - don;t hold it forever. Get proper training.

  • @nassauone

You clearly don't have a clue - holding your breath helps to create/stabilise intra-abdominal pressure, pushing the spine against the ribs and keeping everything in place. I'm sure he knows exactly what he's doing. I'm willing to bet you don't squat anywhere near as much as this guy, or if you squat at all. Armchair expert....

  • @yamanmustafa Thanks for proving once again that English comprehension should be a prerequisite for commenting online. If you read what I wrote I said exactly the same thing you did. Keep you breath in an hold it tight during your lift. While you work on your reading skills why not post a vid of you hitting a heavy squat. Armchair expert lol

  • @nassauone

Sorry, was supposed to be a response to irishprise51. If you look at my videos, there are a few older ones of me squatting. I managed 237.5kg back squat with belt and wraps for two singles today. No supportive powerlifting gear. Not world record standard, but definitely good nonetheless.

  • @yamanmustafa Broz recommends breathing in at the top and then breathing out at the sticking point (ie, transition from hamstring focus to quad focus) on the way back up.

  • @nassauone Hold it forever? He took a breath before he started his descent and then looks like he exhaled at the top. Where do you suggest he exhale? Mid lift? And Proper training? HE'S 15 SQUATING 485. Clearly his training is 'proper'.

  • @bphillyx Again, read man. I wasn't talking about Ian. The kid asked why he wasn't breathing and I explained why you should hold your breath during a lift. But as it is clear the question was by someone wanting to learn about lifting I wanted to make sure they didn't think they had to hold their breath in forever - say throughout a set of 3 or 5. Did you happen to miss that part where I suggested proper training? It has nothing to do with Ian.

  • @Insubordinate90

You realize thousands of Chinese weightlifters start at age 8 - 12? Even younger, in some cases.

Many of them are now in their 20s, 30s, even 40s. All of them have developed into extremely athletic, flexible and strong individuals.

  • great lift !

  • @MrCprebeg

awww looks like you have a side salad too. how cute!

  • @MrCprebeg 400 on the leg press is 100 140 on the squat at the most. the way i look at it if someone brags about how much they can leg press, they're a puss!

  • wow id like to see that without the belt your trainers are idiots letting u use something that will just hold u back

  • @Stoksie01 a belt won't really hold you back for a max lift. but for the most part i agree.

  • what's his weight/height? great lift, watch the knees sliding forward at the bottom. kills the bounce.

  • damn im his age and only do 325... damnit

  • Love this video.. really pushes me to do better.. also, here is a friend of mine who is 15 1/2 doing 475, hoping for 505 soon! Check out murkinup to see the video.

  • very strong

  • @Insubordinate90 clearly you have no idea what your on about, wheres your Phd? Where is the evidence to show powerlifting and strength training stunts growth or "strains" it whatever the fuck that means, please go back to your darkened room Call Of Duty because you clearly don't lift.

  • @thegreathistorian7 obviously he has never lifted or played football, b/c serious lifters/athletes were DEFINETLY in the wieghtroom by the age of 15.

  • @Ilanney ofc they do, particularly Olympic and american football as you have to get them young. I personally havnt trained that young but i know lots who have, i stated training when i was 16 and im in my 20's and im fine. If anything weight training is good for the body at this age, as long as its done correctly, a douche is a douche not matter what age, Ian Wilson is NOT a douche.

  • He'll be squatting your house when he's 20 with you inside on the coach watching star gate.

  • @phantomharry he can spell couch though

  • @phantomharry watching stargate lol i fucking love u phantomharry

  • Well done dude. That's amazing!
