    I made this for my friends. We loved it. I had frozen cauliflower. Next time I will get fresh cauliflower withbigger pieces and it will turn out better. But overall an awesome recipe.

  • This is Dry manchurian.. There is another variation known as juicy manchurian. But Dry manchurian is always preffered.

    Neha, i must tell you, that you did this recipe, 99% perfect.

    Till the last 20 seconds, i thought you screwed up this recipe. but the outcome of it, is just as perfect as your cooking and i can just see from its looks that it would taste absolutely delicious.

    Congrats and this is the perfect dry manchurian recipe.

    It taste great !

    I want to try it next with the following modification

    Grinding up the colliflower adding potato, mixing it into a ball and dipping it in batter & and pouring bread crumbs over it. And then frying it.
