well the first time i heard it (today in Daily Show) i thought it was funny but now i understand what he meant. criticizing publicly a dictator that rules your country is not easy. maybe in the US where people have this kind of freedom but most of the world doesnt and criticizing the fallen dictator public in the television must have been some kind of liberation to this man.

he could've been persecuted and even gone to jail if he did it last year.
