I just realized this was a great idea, but knew that someone had to be doing it. My question is though, why is this not a standard business everywhere? People love pizza, and they love fast food!
It relates a lot to marketing and resources to re-educate the pizza eating public. The pizza market is mentally mired in delivery, pick-up and eat-in concepts. It takes a lot of money to get this idea to market.People have to 'adjust' their thinking about pizza. Average pizza lovers aren't mentally prepared for this idea. If we had the financial capacity to be able to roll this out in the big cities, we'd be able to create a new standard;and that new market. Thanks for your post.

Hey. Why?? Well the neighborhood didn't support it. But you can visit the other one in Hillsboro and still check it out. :O)
