i think those are ok reps. not the best, but ok, especially at that weight, and compared with all the other videos, lol i think this is the best one. besides, some people actually cant push their elbows lower, the most they can do is 90 degrees back.
@ben101990 If it doesn't count for light weight, it doesn't count for heavy. It's better to do the full range at a lighter set than this and go halfway.
you dont always have to touch your chest. if you go half way down then you use your chest MORE instead of your arms. Hes acctually doing this decently. At least hes not doing 605 going down an inch. Give him a break. From this video he at least shows us that he does have strength. Theres only a handfull of people in this world that can do 405 let alone reps.
