Try watching the Texas Chainsaw Massacre lol Fun fact Tobey Hooper didnt realize his movie was based on Ed Gein till after he made the movie. He used to be told the story as a child but never thought it was real till someone asked him why he based his movie on Ed Gein

Yeah, as monkeyeagle said it's Dead Skin Mask by Slayer off of their album "Seasons in the Abyss"... What I don't think they mentioned was that the song is actually based on Ed Gein... Slayer did a couple of other songs on Serial Killers, 216 is based on one but I don't remember whom.

First of all, all i know is that psycho is based on norman bates, Texas Chainsaw is based on Bubba Sawyer. it's killers who have no idea of what they just did, Bubba Sawyer didnt know any better cause he had a disorder, Norman bates was a momma's boy and he was sick and tired of hearing his mother take advantage of him. so what does it have to do with Ed Gain? I still might not have any clues so dont go jumping to conclusions on some kid who's not that good of finding the truth of horror movies!

Tobey Hooper's grandparents used to tell him storys about Ed Gein as a child you know things people tell kids to scare them not to wonder away from home he found out only after he made tcm that he based it on Ed as far as psycho goes Robert Bloch based his novel on Ed Gein in 1959 which Alford Hitchcock turned into the classic movie we all know and love. The Sawyer name was made up for the movie cant say its not fitting

He was not an artist, he killed people with no reason almost, the only thing he found himself artistic in making was his woman body suit. He was insane, and that was because of his mother. There is absolutely NO ARTISTIC about that guy.
