Well, Dr. Brown does the first surgery on Colin and he wakes up out of his four month coma, but something isn't right with him, so Dr. Brown does a second surgery on him, and then he dies. He could have survived (but would have returned to a coma-like state), but he signed a document stating not to prolong his life if he would not be able to function on his own.
Well, I know some things came back to him, but I don't think he remembered everything. He was different, and this video shows him like getting sick, getting angry, freaking out, and having a seizure... side effects which needed to be fixed during the second surgery, which didn't end well.

Thanks for telling me. That sucks, I liked Colin. Did he remember everything about him and Amy before he died?
