Very informative! I like how he disects the different animal forms. He has shed quite a lot on tradional chinese martial arts for me. How he strategecally placed his leg in cat stance is for different than how I do it but I've seen shotokan players use it to great effect on me in sparring.

I do traditional Kung Fu and I am appalled at how terrible this technique was showcased. Real Kung Fu is a lot more practical and does not look fancy like this seemingly wushu-performance type of stuff. The only time these things are done are in presentations for entertainment...this is NOT an example of real martial arts.

You know I study/Teach Hung Ga which is based off the Tiger, and this is Kenpo Karate not Chinese Kung Fu, your movements are too rough and not fluid or circular. Too much Flash and not enough function. If you were to spar one of my 1yr students you would get hurt. I train my students to end the fight in two moves or less Fighting with tiger skills is like trying to run someone down with a bus. End it as fast as Humanly possible.
