In the uk in my school you can't wear heavy make up like eyeshadow or anything. all you can wear is like eyeliner, (pencil) mascara, blush and foundation. so it prettty much sucks here! and i wear glasses so if i wear eye make up it doesn't look very nice or you can't even see it!
