Because American forces need staging grounds in wars that venture them into Europe, Western Aisa/Russia, and Southern Africa.... and England is always the best place to do it in because of their good relations.

true, but I meant the civilians, and probably because they ran out of cast, cause in some games (mostly rts's) the last stage/campaign is always the most poor because of a shortage of funds.
