  • they aren't pro russian dancer the movements are actually very bad. The most important thing of all Russian folk dance is that you need raising the foot during the moments of stops. ...... they do not it...

  • Bravissimi!!!!! YA!

  • Russian! Russian! Russian! (Русские!!!!!)

  • Men whistle and "hey" male Bravado, and women eeYA! their approuval. You will find this in the Southern States at hoedowns and squaredances, and even the native american indians make sounds of joy when full of energy and vigor. Having a good time is expreesed in this way, especially in Poland. Poland Ukraine Russia Slovakia share many cross cultural feelings. Listen to the birds in the forest, that is where it comes from.

  • @Nrthnmaverick Sweden and finland also copied this human expression of joy in celebration too. Even the Jews copied us in celebration.

  • que bonito baile¡¡¡

  • This dance is really fun and like tap dance :D

And by the way, why do the dancers have to yell (or something like that) while dancing?

  • @VietnameseGirl98 Slavic people used to yell while dancing : )

In the rest of Europe people yelled too, but in other different ways.

  • @zaixega Well, do all the boys have to go "Oh" and girls have to go "Ya"?

  • Hey, can I get the full version of this dance? I need it for my project, we have to dance a Russian dance and sing a Russian song (I chose Polyushko, polye)

  • @reginalunaraea Are you asking for a better quality video or for the complete performance?

  • Y they dance russian style in Spain?

  • @MrMethadrine No, they came fron Russia and they dance pure Russian dances.

  • I'm curious...what city was this photographed in? The dancers are beautiful and so is the city...

  • @conway2000 It's Vigo, in Galicia, Northwest of Spain. Vigo is an industrial city, but it has a lot of interesting modernist buildings (1890-1920). In Galicia and all Cantabrian coast, traditional houses and also modern budildings were all made of stone until 1960's.

    If you're interested, you can see more modesnist buildings in Vigo here: h t t p : / / w w w. vigoenfotos. com/a_modernismo_1. h t m l

  • @conway2000 Irkutsk, is the city.

  • Siberia - is the geographic area, so named to distinguish it from the other areas of Russia because of its flora, fauna, weather and landscape. There are no Siberian dance or something like this...))))

  • Wow.

Russia - is a multinational country. We have over 180 nationalities. Besides the Slavs (which occupy the entire European part of the country) there are many small ethnic groups. For example, I - Russian and Slav. And another man, for example, may be Russian and Chukchi, or Russian and Bashkir, or Russian and Yakut. We are all Russians, but anyway we all have different traditions, clothes, believes and dances. This dance is a Slavic dance.

  • @TwilightRussia I have some Russian dances classified as "Siberian dances" because I saw they weren't Russian-Slavic dances and I didn't know what nationality they were. If you help me to identify the nationality I'll change the names. Can you help me? The dances are in a playlist called "Siberian dances".

  • @zaixega

Then you can also talk about, for example, the Big Canyon dances or West plains dances ))) Rediculous, isn't it? A dance can belong to the people, not areas.

In this video the dancers are dressed in true Slavic costumes.

  • @TwilightRussia In West European countries there're nationalities too (but they're not so differences between them as between Russians) and they are called by the name of their regions, so I thought in Russia was the same thing and I made this mistake.

Thank you your your patience and your help :)

  • @zaixega

In Russia it's not the same thing.

We have all kinds of religions and mostly they don't depend on nationality by passport or nationality by origin.

There are many nationalities by origin, but they can have the same main religion. Or one nation by origin can have several main religions. In Siberia there are all kinds of religions, the same thing is in European part of our country.

  • oh, sorry. I've read "religion", not "region" and missunderstood you.

I agree with you in your post about "WestEuropean countries" :)

  • @zaixega

Siberia - the sparsely populated territory due to the very harsh climat. The peoples of Siberia are scarce, but they differ from each other and the Slavs - Buryat, Yakut, Altai, Nenets, Komi, Khanty, Mansi, Chukchi, Evenki, Shors and many others. You can find them in the Internet and see how they look like and dance.

  • @zaixega

    done ;)

I think it's easier for you just call all of us "Russians")

  • @TwilightRussia I prefer to call people by their nationality because I want to let people know this nationalities exist. I believe if I called them "Russians" people would think in Russia there're only one culture and language.

  • no se enojen, esta bonito el baile, pero ese gritito de oye muy chistoso.

  • muito boa mesmo essa dança! gostei! parabens

  • This video is Very pretty Urra,, Russi I love bye,

  • wow people. Siberia is Russia! its just farther east

  • @RussiaSerbia They told that because I classified this dance as Siberian before, but this dance isn't from the Region of Siberia, but from the west of Russia.

  • @zaixega i see

  • Really. It looks like a Russian dance, not a Siberian one.

  • I doubt it if it is really Sibirian. Looks more Russion to me.

  • @Fromeu Isn't some of Siberian people Russian? I watched an adoption story it was a Russian adoption, they stopped in Moscow, then had to go to Siberia to get their baby in a Russian orphanage.

  • very beautiful dance

  • super very nice

    greetings from Croatia
