This act would help so many people and would prevent illegal immigration which is a current hot topic.This will allow foreign same sex partners of American people to go there the "right way". Give some break to the gay community, help people not to be forced to break the laws, because when it come to love people can do anything. There must be rights for the gay community, ok gay marriage which is a legitimate right, is not granted, then help them. Peace!
