The guitar is a Takamine CD132 SC classical cutaway NYLON string guitar, (D'Addario nylon strings)--no foolin'. Look at the headstock and tuning pegs.

Thanks--it's one of those "easy to whistle" (very majestic) songs.

Pretty straight forward song to play but, the 18 sec (and 43 sec) mark I found a little tricky. Note: I noticed NOT MANY "Toreador" guitar players out there-- I would have thought different. Oh well...
