@SALIMGUY Sorry bro but of all the songs on that album Sunday Morning Call is definitely not the weakest one. If anything Put Yer Money Where Yer Mouth Is is the weakest track and the rock vibe it had in that spot int he album's order could easily be filled by this track, much better than SMC.

BTW check out the acoustic version of Sunday Morning Call. Chilling final chorus that.

I have an anticipation-boner for a potential solo album by Noel.

No question it would be phenomenal - under one condition: he writes it with a positive attitude. This song is a great example. Yes, the lyrics are a bit existential/nihilistic, but the melody of the song is very uplifting. An album full of this shit and plenty of alcohol will get me through a year or two.
