From economical standpoint upgrading a car via Rims and TV's are cheaper than putting a supercharger or turbo in the engine. Engine upgrades severely reduce the mpg to about 6-9, you take it from an everyday driver to only a once in awhile driver. Maintenance cost for Superchargers, turbos and engine cost are also through the roof..more expensive than putting 24's on an Impala.
