If you haven't you should totally read Divergent by Veronica Roth! Since you like Uglies and the Hunger Games etc. you're going to love it,if you ask me it's nearly as good as THG! I actually liked the fourth Uglies book the best, I thought Tally was so annoying in the first 3 :P And I never finished the Amber Spyglass, think I have to reread that series...

I actually didn't really enjoy The Ugies books. The first one, was enjoyable, But it took me SO much effort to read Pretties. And thats weird for me cause I can usually just read anything. Have you ever heard of the Maximum Ride series? If you haven't, I recommend it. Highly. :) It's different from the books that you mentioned above (I've read most of what you talked about in the video) but it's also kind of similar. It's like, one of my favorite series:) And, since it ties with The Hunger Games and the Uglies series, I figured I'd let you know about it! Oh, btw, there's a 4th Uglies book. It's called Extras!!:)

@CarsonLovesYou12 Religion does play a part in the books, with original sin and the loss of innocence that comes with growing up and no longer seeing the world through "rose colored glasses." Organized religion is portrayed as fairly evil/ having selfish motives, unfortunately, and there is a God character who also doesn't have the best light. But if you love fiction/fantasy and read it as such (aka totally not real), its a fantastic series that I absolutely adore.
