  • Salam, I have a question, do you say adu-billah-he-minish-shatwa-narajeem only at the beginning of the prayer and then for all subsequent rakats just recite Bismillah before each Sura. For example if I'm praying Dhur and there are 12 rakats total, will I recite abdu-billah just once at the beginning or recite it again after finishing every 4 rakat(2 sets of 4 rakat) and then after every second rakat(2 sets of 2 rakats). Please clear this up I really want to pray my salah correctly. Thank you.

  • THANK YOU!!

  • IDIDOT MY PROPHET MUHAMMED PBUH PRAYED MOST OF HIS LIFE WITH HIS HANDS BELOW HIS BELLY BUTTON .. HOW MANY DALEEL DO YOU WANT???????????????

  • Masha'Allah! Thank you so much for the video! I'm quite new, so I'm trying to learn as much as I can. I want to be a really good Muslim, but it's kind of hard right now :D Again, thanks for the video! Alaikum Assalaam :)

  • Maybe Muslims would be better off in dealing with extremists rather than pointing out how to pray.

    Insha Allah!!!!! Allah uh Akbar!!!!

I believe God a lot!!! Though born in a Hindu, Brahmin Family... I pray Prophet Muhammad also...!!! I use to obey the Islamic culture also... I love all the cast!!!... Ashhath anlah ilah illallah Ashhathu anna muhammad abduhoovarasooluhoo!!! Allah uh Akbar!!!!! Thanks for the great Explanation Sir...

    Shukriyaa Ji!!!!

  • isn't all the steps in wudu' is better to be repeated 3 times ? it's sunnah .

  • there is no proof of rising your index finger while saying "ash hadu anla ilah illallah wa ash ashadu ann muhammadar rasool allah", the sahih way is to rise it from the begining of tashahud

  • This is very informative, thank you. I already knew how to read Salah but I will follow some of the etiquette that you have demonstrated when performing Wudu and Salah. Jazak'Allah brother.

  • is the salat the same for both shia and suni?

  • @Pr0zNemesis sunni shia or any other sect, should all pray the way Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) prayed.

  • Salam alaikum. I am a follower of the way of Jesus Christ, on a good day. This video tells me things I needed to know that I have not seen on "Voice Of Islam TV". Now I know what Christ meant when he stated that the Torah will never change. Furthermore why King David calls him both his son, and lord. Those moslems who are in disharmony here need to prove their arguments, not resort to abuse and empty rhetoric.

  • Selam, where did they get information that Prophet Muhammed PBUH was troweling at the speed of light.I do not want to be rude but you are not aware of the meaning of your words.

    Selam

  • Why are we throwing insults at one another? Sunni or not, which ever school or even Quranists. As long as someone doing this in worship and submission for Allah, let Allah be the one to open one's heart and eyes. We should respect that the other person is trying his best and seeking knowledge and most importantly he or she has a motive that is just. Islam teaches us humility and as we embark on our individual journeys in faith, let us remember that humility is a very vital aspect.

  • Guys, really I think that the last thing muslims around the world need is this implosion within believers. In my humble opinion, this many divisions have pretty much screwed us over. I am a this and you're a that.

I was born into a muslim family, lived my life as an atheist for more than a decade and I've found faith again.

  • I used to have the Android app to this. I went to the market to get it back after getting a new phone and it wasn't there anymore! Does anyone know how to get it or what happened?

  • How can I get a free DVD and booklet for myself. I went to the website but cannot click on anything for ordering for individuals.

  • i wonder:

    1. How can(dare?) mose question allahs commandment (initially 50 prayers, bargained down to 5)

Why does so many muslims have beard? is that mandatory?

    Great video

  • the people who disliked this video are bad muslims, never dislike islam NEVER

  • @xGOLDENGLITTERx

    islam is gay

  • I need help. Im learning how to pray.

Do you pray this same prayer five times a day?? and also when you prayer why do you point your finger while praying. Thank you

  • @serokangal the pointing of the finger is to show our belief in the Oneness of Allah and the way to pray is done same in all prayers. the raising of the hands is not different in asar or maghrib..so its the same as done before ruku and after ruku. same with when sitting for the 2 tashahuds in prayer. u can ask buy the book of sheikh albani about prayer insha'Allah called "Prophets prayer"

  • Atheism FTW

  • @brianhitmanful Atheism is an easy way out of thinking.

    Allah hu akbar <3

  • This is not the sunnah of the Prophet SAWS , this is not the way you pray, this is the way bakris pray.

  • What kind of nonsense is this - Prophet leading prayers of dead prophets. These are the made up stories of Sahih Hadith which are nothing but nomadic tales and folk lore. You want to learn about salat, consult the Quran.

  • @McChirkeen What concern is it of yours?! This video is aimed at Muslims!

  • @Parvez86 - listen up and let me give you an important piece of information - I am a Muslim. I follow the Quran and reject Shirk. Which is something you apparently don't do because you buy into Lahwal Hadith which tells you rubbish like the Prophet leading prayers of dead prophets. You and Muslims like you are living in a fantasy world which has put you in the gutter. Look around the world, Muslims are considered a mutation of humanity, an animal gone mad. Who respects Muslims? NO ONE.

  • @McChirkeen You people of al-Qur’aaniyyeen, who claim that they follow the Divine revelation that is the Qur'aan, do not even obey it! How many times in the Qur'aan does Allah (swt) command us to obey Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)?! Whoever obeys the Messanger of Allah (pbuh), obeys Allah (swt).

Do you really think that I as a Muslim am really bothered by what the Kuffar think off me?! I will not bother replying to your comments, so don't waste your time!

May Allah (swt) guide you to al-Islaam.

  • @Parvez86 - What is Al-Quraaniyyeen? please elaborate. You are not bothered by what Kuffar say, is that right? Don't worry, they won't say much they will simply annihilate you or make you into their slaves which come to this of it, they are doing. The Quran says to "Obey Allah and Obey Messenger" but does not say Obey Prophet. You won't know the reason because you are NOT a student of Quran. Secondly, Obey Allah and Obey Messenger is the enforcement of the mandate to Obey the Quran. Understood?

  • @Parvez86 - I am so glad you spelled out your position on following only the Quran because I will now let Quran answer you back - 17:46 WajaAAalna AAala quloobihim akinnatan an yafqahoohu wafee athanihim waqran waitha thakarta rabbaka fee alqurani wahdahu wallaw AAala adbarihim nufooran

"And We place sheilds around their hearts, to prevent them from understanding it, and deafness in their ears. And when you preach your Lord, using the Qur'aan ALONE, they run away in aversion."

  • @McChirkeen I see you now misquoting the Quran. The translated meaning of the end of 17:46 is, "...when you make mention of your Lord Alone IN THE QURAN..." not 'USING THE QURAN ALONE'. If you only read the next 2 verses you would have known who this verse is referring to arab pagans.

    وَقَالُوا أَئِذَا كُنَّا عِظَاما ً وَرُفَاتاً أَئِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ خَلْقا ً جَدِيدا

And THEY say: "When we are bones and fragments (destroyed), should we really be resurrected (to be) a new creation? 17:49

  • @SFAvfx - Not much difference between you and Arab Pagans is there? They were not able to grasp the concept of single source of guidance and neither could you. Also, the translation that you have presented is nonsensical. "when you make mention of your Lord Alone IN THE QURAN" - If you paid attention to the arabic text - thakarta rabbaka fee alqurani wahdahu - says "discussion of Rabb using Quran alone". And this statement applies to you hadith mongers who have corrupted Islam.

  • as Selam Alejkum....May Allah be pleased with you brothers(the ones that made this video/documentary and the one that posted it)

  • Great

  • Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh! May Almighty Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala bless each and every one of you who have produced and uploaded this wonderful video. Congratulations for the articulateness and clarity of presentation throughout the entire production! I'm promoting your video here in my blog! Splendid job dear brothers! Keep producing more of these brilliant productions! Insya Allah! Wassalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh! Zainol Abideen, , Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

  • You post a video of Zakir Naik, who is not a scholar and expect me to think that he knows better than the great Imam Abu Hanifa (RA)?

I simply made the point of where the hands are fastened but obviously you have gone off on a tangent. Anyways my brother please accept that there are variations and it is FAR better to follow a TRUSTED SCHOLAR of the past than those bringing different opinions of the present.

  • Alhamdu lillah. The beauty of prayers. May Allah bless you akhi :)

  • If you touch a girl or women does that break your wudo???

  • @2pacplus2 - Why don't you read 5:6 in the Quran so you can find out what breaks wudu instead of asking this question here. I am aghast that when Allah swt has provided you with the guidance in the Quran, why do you run after the guidance of humans? Do you not have the book of Allah at your disposal? are you not able to read it?

  • @McChirkeen AMEEN!!! Brethren, please heed these words!! Submit to Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala) NOT to the man made institution of "Orthodox" Islam.. Muslim's love and adore our Prophet (Peace and Blessings be upon both he and his family), but we DO NOT worship him!! The Contact Prayers did NOT begin with the SEAL of the Prophets (S.A.W), they begin with the FIRST Muslim, Ibrahim!! Peace be upon them ALL!! But Salah is worship, and Muslim's worship Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala) ALONE!! Salam.
  • Mashallah :) Peace and blessings upon you.

  • nice effort masha allah.

  • @allhuakbar1

This is a Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (saw) to say it three times, but the wajib or minimum requirement is to say it at least once.

  • @SFAvfx thank you brother

  • @SFAvfx - Were you there watching Prophet Muhammad say it 3 times. Who came with the mandate of what is Wajib? Why don't you read the Quran and find out what Allah says about salaat. You have absolutely no proof of how Prophet performed his salat. That trash called Sahih Hadith is nothing more than just that trash. It was concocted by Persian Zoroastrians, 250 years after the death of the Prophet.

  • @McChirkeen No I haven't, but I would much rather follow in the foots step of the Prophet, his companions, and 1000s of scholars that preceded them, rather than follow a handful of cult members who claim to only follow the Quran, yet they can't even read it in the language it was revealed.

How ridiculous your beliefs are when taking into consideration the countless unbroken chain of narrations going back to the Prophet. Google 'refuting quranists' and see how easy it is to refute your claims

  • @SFAvfx - You are the ridiculous one because you believe that there is such a thing as "countless unbroken chain of narration". The irony is that it is you and the rest of the hadith mongers who are cult members. And your assumption that we can not read Quran in its original language is an idiotic claim. However, as you have shown your true level of intellect by believing in fairy tales, it becomes a waste of time to debate with the likes of you. So carry on with your hadith based cult.

  • @SFAvfx - i just noticed that you reply was purely nonsensical. You agreed that you did not see the Prophet say it 3 times but then you want on to say that you want to follow the foot steps of the Prophet and his companions etc. That basically proves that your sense of logic is like the Muslims at large - in the gutter. And one more thing why are you living in USA, you need to go and live in a Muslim country. Why don't you do that? because you are a hypocrite.

  • @McChirkeen I told you where to find the refutations for all your cults beliefs. You better be very sure your comments are seal-tight before you start calling people hypocrites and illogical. If my beliefs are illogical because I havent personally seen or heard the Prophet say anything, than by this very statement of yours, you are guilty of not only being illogical but a hypocrite aswell according to your standards, since you claim you believe in a Quran you haven't seen revealed to the Prophet

  • @SFAvfx - I am so glad you spelled out your position on following only the Quran because I will now let Quran answer you back - 17:46 WajaAAalna AAala quloobihim akinnatan an yafqahoohu wafee athanihim waqran waitha thakarta rabbaka fee alqurani wahdahu wallaw AAala adbarihim nufooran

"And We place sheilds around their hearts, to prevent them from understanding it, and deafness in their ears. And when you preach your Lord, using the Qur'aan ALONE, they run away in aversion."

    Congratulations.

  • @SFAvfx thank you so much... i've learned a lot from this video... i hope that many moslems would be able to watch this... thank you so much again... may Allah bless you :-)

  • @SFAvfx the qayyam doesnt seem correct. The hands should be on navel, not on the chest.

  • @Shaq6322

    No, you can do both.

  • @SFAvfx All fakes, Jesus Christ is the only true :)

  • Comment removed

  • @SFAvfx Then get ready for eternal hell.

  • @allhuakbar1 if you say anything you need to bring daleel (proof), and this goes to everyone

  • Great vid, akhi. May Allah [swt] bless you and those who helped you! Ameen!

  • جزاك الله خيرا

  • Very good video Mashaallah. May Allah reward you :)

  • Jazak Allah, what madhab is this salah in accordance with?

  • Very nice video Masha Allah.

  • hope you don't mind me adding this to my salat playlist

  • God bargained prayers?

God accepted us being weak and awards us 10 prayers when only doing 1? sounds weak..

  • @Segee Thank you for your question. It was not due to any weakness or imperfection on His part, but rather it was due to His Mercy. A Human being [The Prophet Muhammad], and was given. It was not a bargain, but a request, and a granting of that request from the Most Merciful of the Merciful. Hope this clarifies! :)

  • @Segee

Sounds weak? aren't you weak as human? can you do 50 prayers a day? I don't think so, thats why Allah has allowed muslims to pray only 5 prayers a day but made the reword just like praying 50 prayers because Allah is the most merciful and wants good for the believers.

You need to know the story of how the prayer was obligated. If you don't, plz don't talk about it.

    peace

  • MashALLAH , very good upload .

    JazakALLAHkhair

This is the correct method of prayer ,

    Based on Sahih Hadith

  • @JACrusaders

This is not the exact method as performed by those muslims who follow the Hanafi Madhab.

So please select your words carefully. For example the fastening of the hands.

However I do not wish to turn this into a debate but trust the producers have the very best of intentions insha'Allah,

  • @bash1

    We should follow sahih hadith

imam abu hanifa also told us to follow the sahih hadith .

there is no contradiction , but hanafis dont even listen to imam abu-haneefah ?

    Who will you blame ?

  • @JACrusaders

    please provide the sahih hadiths

  • @bash1

    how many you want ?

i can quote to you many from bukhari , inshaALLAH .

because all the hadith from bukhari and muslim are sahih .

you dont have to ask anybody abt them , you can open the book and check it by yourself , inshaALLAH

  • @JACrusaders

you provided ZERO after a whole WEEK !!

Please do not spoil this thread any further

  • @bash1

Patience , indeed ALLAH(swt) is with those who are patient .

This is just one evidence on Rafa Yadain

    /watch?v=Mn0AJ7ILEEg

watch from 1.13 of the video bcz the first part is in other language , but from 1.17 is in english .

  • @JACrusaders - Where did you get this pearl of wisdom that you should follow Sahih Hadith? What do you even know about Sahih Hadith? How much have you studied about the origination of this vile concoction? You assuming you are a muslim, need to follow the Quran and Allah swt says that. Were you there when Abu Hanifa said what you are claiming.

  • Jazak Allah khair
