2, if it should be true, why can the normal players attack each other? that shouldnt be possible, jagex wouldnt have allowed a slight bit of rwt possibilities (what was of importance in that time) then

silver crown = Player Mod -- same as any normal player, with no benefits other than being able to cast a vote if you will to mute/ban some one, which needs to be approved by a J Mod (Jagex Mod)

Gold Crown = Jagex Mod, they can do basically anything, not sure if they can trade like some have been saying...
