'74 was the last year for the 160mph speedometer and that style back glass. The '75-'81 T/As used the wraparound rear windshield and '75-'79 T/As changed to the 100mph speedo. 80-81 T/A speedos were shamefully changed yet again to only read 85mph.
Dallas the 1st car in the video is a Silver SD formula,any idea who owns that car.I know where the twin to that car is,which is rare because only 58 were made.
Anyway, thought I'd point out, the second Firebird is missing its front bumper filler... I would I know; I was without one for a while when I busted mine. Long story.
even though you got this off the net its cool, my dad had a 78 with a 6.6, i had a 91 gta, love the trans am currently have an 86 firebird i drive to work its old and it shows, but the car has character i personally enjoy the car.

Good eye. The Formula SD's had the TA hood scoop, but not the front fender air extracters like the SDTA's did in 73/74.
