The sad thing is that the napalm isn't that effective. Unless you're using it against a cluster of camped-out enemies or heavy armor, you're best using the missiles.

To answer your question, they don't train on computers to 'learn how to kill people', they learn how to fly their plane, so they don't jump into a 50 million dollar jet and crash it. Once they are done that, they learn how to kill people, and I am pretty sure they don't enjoy it.
