Nice run. I have a 2011 G37x Sedan and it really is a fantastic car. It's an almost perfect blend of sporty performance and luxury comfort all rolled into a very appealing package. More interior room, more power, more standard features/equipments, and less expensive than the Mercedes C-class and BMW 3-Series. The VQ37VHR and 7-speed automatic is truly a marvel of a powertrain, a truly amazing combination of power/acceleration AND good fuel economy and low emissions. I really do like the G.

It's awesome that it chirps the wheels into second gear with an auto transmission. I noticed that all G37 sedans do that with the new tranny. It used to be that only the old musclecars would be able to do that with a ton of torque.

This is a 5 speed Automatic but still good. The 2009 7-speed Auto is more luxury tuned and smoother. The 6-Speed Manual is even faster than this 0-100km.

Either A: they were the old models, or B: they couldn't drive. A Z still has a slightly better power to weight ration than a G37, but it should be even with good drivers.

The DE Z's don't stand a chance. The 07-08 HR's and the 09+ VHR's are definitely faster.

Yeah, that's what I meant. An 07-08 Z will be slightly quicker, but it's down to one second or less at that point.

Why wouldn't an 07-08 350Z be faster? They have a better power-to-weight ratio than your car. The only reason could be is that most of them are stick, and people don't drive as perfectly as the auto in your car.

its not as powerful. The power-to-weight ratio is better because they're significantly lighter, with just a little less power. Also, when people drive in manual, (correctly) they can shave fractions of seconds off the overall time of getting from one place to another.

but the new z370 has the same engine of g37 .. so now u can say that z370 is faster because of the power to weight ratio

2ND to 3RD and 3RD going into 4TH are pretty much always gonna have a bit of lag unless u early shift!

with the 5 AT the whole tranny would lag even when you start moving!

uh no myn is an 08 sport 4th gear comes in at about 112mph and it stays in the power ban just fine 12,000 miles on it and im getting consistent 5.2 runs to 60
