Guys, this is how to get the copy of Ipb. It's your problem if you don't know what to do on the install. It doesn't work with some hosts. And yes, I will put the link in the description. I'm not sure how you cannot see the url in the video.
Can you upload the IPB 1.3 files to Megaupload or something simular because your website is down. :(

1.3 version is Old and have much bugs.
But he's free and do not require a nullifing or serials.

No, just an old version. It's not very good. This is the version that most free ipb hosts use.
