im very happy fo ryou. and i know how you feel , my husband wont be able to be there for my first ultrasound either. he has to be at work,an hours drive away...but we hope that he will be there when we find out if it is a boy or girl... we think its a boy.
My first child was a boy and when I got pregnant with my second baby it was so different from my first pregnancy we all knew it was a girl. Even the dr told me it was a girl due to how high the heartbeat was. Well at 22 weeks at my scan the first thing we saw was my new babies "boy junk". LOL another boy. He tried to fool us :)
