Fear-mongering always has worked well. Politicians like this pose logically unstable arguments to prevent meaningful legislature from being passed. Public option doesn't mean the dissolution of private medical insurance companies. No one would beforced to drop their carrier, but all you have to do is say scary things to make people think in that mindset, and you win. Excellent representation of the people. How's your health-care package, congressman? Oh? And who sanctions that plan? Hmm...
LOL a politician that has gotten forced by his constituents to have to address an issue,I feel so sorry for that poor guy,all that extra work and speaking,he'd be sitting down saying nothing but now he has to stand and say something,he sits and stands, then sits, but now he has to stand for ages, poor guy
I was pleased to watch you speak on the health care issue which is so troubling to many of us. (Please see to having a fix done on the video as I would have liked to hear the rest of the speech.) As a 74 year old with severe asthma, I fear I will be quickly put on the curb. I am an expensive patient whose value is mostly to my family. But I consider my life experience of some worth when shared in loving ways with the younger generations.Being deprived of their Grandma (and Grandpa) has no $.
Thank you for staying on top of this subject. Not sure what this problem is with your video but it is frustrating & distracting. Recommend viewers listen and ignore the video playing.

Good job Dan! If you take this approach on all issues, you may just do your representatives right.
Please fix video, if possible.
