Wow, this isn't a hate comment, but parkour was invented by a french man whose name i cant remember, anyway, the definition of parkour is ''moving smoothly/fastly, not doing flips and shit.

I do admit, however, that some of the moves in this video are parkour. The majority, however, is not.

@mickyshaun David Belle was his name. That is why this video is called Parkour/freerunning moves. The definition between the two is slightly different, but even David Berlle (the founder of PK) says "It doesn't matter what you call it, just get off your ass and move!" :)

@Joeysmith2 They are called Vibram Five Fingers. Google them, buy them, love them!

As human beings we were not meant to wear shoes. If you train parkour and wear tennis shoes you don't feel a lot of the impact if you fall and land wrong. This forces you to learn bad techinque.Vibrams are almost like going barefoot because there is not much padding. It helps strengthen your feet and if you land wrong you're going to feel it because it doesn't absorb impact, meaning that it will correct your tech
