I live in a Beazer Fusion home and haven't had any problems. My house is an old floorplan, and I have noticed that the replacements of my floorplan even the homes they use as models, have a lot of flaws. I have also been in the houses not yet fully constructed, and can say they are absolutely terrible
I live in a Beazer home. Its nice don't get me wrong. But its falling apart. Which is a shame I love the floor plan and everything but its pushing about 10 years old and stuff is falling apart.
Don't put down mobile homes. They are bulit much better then a Beazer home. Beazer homes are built by cheap, undocumented labor from Mexico. Look around the Myrtle Beach area and you will see these shit holes. Along with DR Horton and Centex. "Turn Em and Burn EM" cracker boxes. Go to a custom builder or manufactured if you want something better. Ask them how many of thier homes have foreclosed or how many renters live in thier subdivisions.
In the first 2 months of living in this shack, two of our closet shelves fell breaking antique pix. Garage door was never replaced after it was ruined due installed improperly. Promised a community pool, a Rec-center. They have pulled out of our community and everything is up in the air. We may not qualify for the use of the pool if built. And of course, the lending practices that is "considered" fraud Sorry if long winded but I am rather p/o'd. I am willing to help spread your, our message.
Beazer is obviously lacking in ethical standards. Amazing how they can just turn their back on their shoddy worksmanship. Buyer beware...Beazer obviously blows.
