NO its called forge all he did was have the monitors grab the sentinel beams and float them like they were sentinels.

Yeah, there's a forge glitch that allows you to do it- it's not a mod. If you watch the announcement videos for when the Heroic Maps went free, you can see a clip where a monitor is firing a brute shot.
