hio Supreme Court Rules Unanimously in Favor of Ohio Voters on Health Care Freedom Amendment
Columbus, Ohio, April 30, 2010 The Ohio Supreme Court ruled yesterday that Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner and the Ohio Ballot Board abused their discretion when they blocked a citizens initiative petition to offer a single amendment to the Ohio Constitution to preserve the freedom of Ohioans to choose their health care and health care coverage.

cheater! Lier! Ken Blackwell was the only honest person. SHAME ON YOU CHEATER! TYPICAL DEMOCRAT> RECENTLY SHE SAID NOT TO RECOUNT CLEVELAND VOTES! GO ACORN!
LMAO gimmie a break, GOPOhio. Blackwell is gone, and he won't be back. This is lame.
Actually, she has you clowns and your frivolous lawsuits to blame. She has Deters having to recuse his own partisan behind from that travesty of an 'investigation' to blame. You guys lost me as a potential supporter with the first round of Blackwell nonsense, just for the record, and looking at what is now transpiring, I know I made the right call. Gimmie a break.
I haven't agreed with every move Sec'y Brunner has made, but she's done much to promote a fair and accurate election this year.
Ohio Republicans are starting now, apparently, to (a) drum up public support for post-election litigation, and (b) looking to 2010 and the next SOS election. In 2006 they unsuccessfully ran carpetbagger Greg Hartmann, basicially a repeat of the Blackwell legacy.
What the heck! Jennifer Brunner is being slammed for promising electoral honesty! I guess the Republicans are angry because it'll be harder to steal the election in Ohio. Do they think they entitled to Ken Blackwell?
