A tribute to Alan Watts

Normally I really love Allen Watt's lectures... but this one is a bit confusing logically. First he says to swim with the current. Then he says that we're not separate from the current. Then he says to "get with" the current.

If you're a part of the current, then you don't really have a choice as to whether you're going to move with it or not. Your own motion *is* the motion of the current, by definition. Because the current is you. It would be impossible to "go against" yourself.

dude... alan watts is a really respected speaker/writer for a good reason. you can't call the viewers of this nonconformist... its just stupid. maybe you should read what he has to say on conforming and nonconforming. you'll see you're own view but in a more intellectual and less aggressive tone.
