no its pretty useless...especially for beginners, i mean why would you need to learn the scale techniques if you werent a beginner and if you are that tutorial is pretty fast theres not even a breakdown....this isnt a lesson its a 'look what i can do'
@lizboyd12 It's actually one of the best demonstrations I've seen of the different picking techniques: quick and simple. The reason you want to use all three techniques (alternate, economy, and legato) is because to truly perfect your own style, you need the different phrasing options of all three styles.
I've been busting my ass off all summer and fall trying to incorporate all three techniques to better suit my needs, and it's been rewarding to say the least!
