As for the Baby Centaur, it's "Nanou" from Aphex Twin.

I usually study the human body on paper, not on my computer monitor. That's probably why you've never seen any like this before.
Studying the human body helps greatly when it comes to make my illustrations ^^

You are assuming we have the talent to even draw guidelines. I'm a complete idiot when it comes to drawing. I'm a photographer though! :)
