@kingdingaling9214 The problem is many people think:"ok, I'm going to buy a good motherboard".They then try to match it with a top of the line graphics card.Only to get mad at the lack of performance they get from their system.I found out that anything you buy has a compatibility issue.Do your homework,find out your motherboard specs and what the limits are, capability-wise,in reference to graphics cards,hard drives etc.It maybe a just a Bios upgrade issue or trying out different drivers etc.

a 9600gt is half as good. I have 9600GTs in SLI and they run better than my friends EVGA GTX 260. If u have an SLI mobo, get another 96 for $80 instead of $200 on a 260

lol, the 7900 GTX was fucking $700 when I bought it new like 4 years ago, and it was hot as shit, and then that 8800 stole the show, and the 7900 seemed to just get lost in the nether... didn't hear too much about it after a little bit, I'm still using it, but I'm picking up a GTX 260 tomorrow, cuz I can't play any fucking games, cuz my monitor and case fan shut off every time I play a game.

I just bought a amd phenom 9950BE 2.6ghz, 4gb G.SKILL ddr2-1066 ram, and the evga gtx 260 core 216 and it plays this game with out a hiccup, it's at 2.6ghz and some games don't use all four cores so it'd be similar to the amd 5000+ 2.6ghz dual core, i noticed that on cod4 my frames only went up to 110 from 91. i'm also on xp home, and it says i'm using 3gb ram, so i'm still in the process of upgrading perhaps another card and vista x64

Leicht über 16000 Points. Mein Prozessor ist nen Q9550.

Die GTX280 bietet je nach Game so ca. 20-30% mehr Power, als die GTX260 (Computerbase). Hab erst an eine HD4870 gedacht, aber weil die GTX280 damals recht günstig war (350euro statt 500), hab ich mir diese geholt.^^
