no henry, jason ferguson, and an out of shape greg ellis really hurted dallas chances in that game. when ellis is healthy, that defense is feared around the league. ellis and ware made it hell for the QB's. they either made a sack on the QB's or they made them hurried their throw. sunday was ellis first game back from his injury and look what he did. in his limited time he made brady fumble the ball and dallas to it back for a TD. dallas future looks bright when our defense is at full strength.

I love our D, but the one knock against them is our pass coverage. And it wasn't just this game, but it seems like we make it so easy for other teams to pass and get those 7to8 yards gains which alot of the time turn into more yards. And I know we haven't had Henry and Newman in this year at the same time, but we give opposing teams way too big of a cushion.

We were playin' terrible on 3rd down all day. The penalties became so redundant and frustrating. The so-called pass interference on Moss in the endzone was bullshit like the "No-Call Force Out" on T.O. We smashed their run-game till Faulk came in. I know we had to respect their deep threat, but fuck...we were GIVING them under routes and short stuff ALL DAY which turned into a million 1st downs and 2nd & shorts.

I know everybody's disappointed now (including me) -- but there were a few things to be happy about. Romo bounced back mentally from Monday night and had a pretty solid game. The Cowboys showed they could move the ball on the Patriots defense. Plus, the Cowboys' D sacked Brady as much as he'd been sacked in the last 5 games.

i definitely agree with u when it comes to who should start in the running back position. i've been saying that ever since last season. marion barber is a better running back than julius jones. he fights for more extra yardage than anything other player in the league (except for maybe LT) and for me any way, julius jones should only come in to give barber a breather because he needs to get the ball all the time when the cowboys face a good team again.
