The old desert shoot USE to be interesting back in the 90's mercedes ad campaign days but now its just plain stupid, if not simple bad advertising. First off its considerably stupid to drive an expensive vehicle like that in a sandy dusty place like a desert. second what is it metaphor of? not to mention who was the lame person so inventively dry he couldnt think of a better scenario to showcase a new car.

I doubt much of the technology seen here will be shared with Audi. All the stuff in the Aventador is way too exotic for Audi cars.

Can u see Audi using a 6.5l V12? I don't.

Single clutch gearbox? Audi has been playing with dual clutch gearboxes for quite a while

Carbon fibre monocoque Audi? I don't think so.

There is technology transfer going on between Lambo and Audi and some of the electronics and software comes directly from Audi, but the car itself is still a Lamborghini
