  • I like these Sprint commercials with their CEO in various places of NYC.

  • 7 years ago, I went through Sprint and I didn't like it. I can clearly say they came a long way from how it was before, I'm so happy my cousin and my aunt talked me into Sprint and I gotta say I'm happy I didn't go with Verizon, AT&Shit or T-Baby

  • I am still hoping this song gets released...Geesh been 3 years now.

  • Can anybody tell me the song playing? Thanks.

  • Hey Mr Sprint CEO. Your service totally sucks in Yucaipa, CA. I have a BB 9330. It doesn't streamline vids on the web worth a crap. When my contract is up I'm switching!!!

  • Plus sprints nights start at 7 which puts them above t-mobile starting at 9

  • &justme23005 when you add up the total bill for verizon or att, their plans with calling, unlimited text, and the most data they offer- their plans exceed $100 a month by alot. Even with sprints much maligned $10 premium data add-on charge, you're paying less. You might only get 450 anytime minutes, but your minutes only count for landline calls. Any mobile calls, regardless of carrier, don't count (unless you're roaming).

  • @jayvola no if you have simply everything then roaming is free

  • I tried to sign up for their $69.99/month plan. The person in customer service was completely clueless. It took me 45 minutes to find somebody who spoke english. They admitted that its a scam.

  • @justme23005 Not a scam. Cheaper than the other companies' data plans (except soon-to-be-swallowed-up T-Mobile). Sprint has extraordinary value for smartphone users.

  • @jayvola Actually, they are more expensive that the other plans. I was considering switching, because I had heard that their service was better in my area... which may be true.... but their customer service sucks..

  • Is Ken Corday and Dan Hesse the same person.?

  • @CHEWBAKKAJOHN Ken Corday is the producer & part owner of Days of Our Lives

  • Sprint, the choice of smug CEO's everywhere.

    *rolls eyes*

  • Dan Hesse is the man

  • prelude from Bach´s Cello Suite No. 1

  • Poeple shouldn't bash

  • Sprint sucks. Seriously... I'm presently on hold w/ some collection agency... I was charged $30 for a data on my last bill randomly (I don't have data) on my phone, got my bill 'adjusted' which apparently meant being sent to a credit agency.... And I handle this, all while using my minutes.... SPRINT BLOWS.

  • what is the song in the background?

  • now i have the email i will be emailing hbim i am sick and tired of sprint and there lies.

  • quit your false bitching and go to AT&T. Just, not Verizon.

  • i used to have sprint now i have t-mobile their horrible... too many hidden fees! and their charging me $5 every month because i dont have automatic payment ! what a rip off!

  • Horrible ad.

  • This is a really good video. I enjoyed it. if you need more exposure for your videos check out t u b e v i e w s ( d o t m o b i ) Keep up the good videos and continue to make fresh content.

Hey nice video, loved the effects.

  • great video commercial.

  • Bach - Cello Suite No.1 i-Prelude

  • no its marble halls by andrew barkan

    but its unreleased

  • no mhamadi is right

  • the only mistake Sprint ever made is the instinct.

  • SONG NAME?!?!

  • prelude from Bach´s Cello Suite No. 1

  • Were is the freaking picture mail and 4.5 OS on my Blackberry Curve Dan.

  • fuck all you guys and your wolf-tickets!!

    :-]

  • what song is that?

  • Why the hostility, Dumbbell?

No other service offers all these extras! Yes, they are all crooks. Sprint is the least crooked of them all. How is he egotistical? He is a CEO trying to sell you on his company. If you were the CEO of a major corp, you would be "egotistical" too. Get a life!

  • Does "Egoistical" remind you of Steve Jobs?

  • These commercials are wierd. The CEO sounds like he is desperate. For some reason these commerials hammer home the economic danger we are in more than anything else.

  • why is the video in wide mode ... its cool

  • everybody always take they cellphone companies to their attorney's and BBB. i don't think that does anything other than cost u more money. I've worked for t-mobile, sprint, verizon, and alltel. customers from EVERY company do the same thing. If you don't like them, THEN SWITCH!!! that's why they have more the one cell phone provider!!!!!

  • Laugh it up you guys...lol! And for those of you who don't know how to manage your phone bills...well learn!! I've been with Sprint for over 3 years and never had I had a problem with them. I love the "Simply Everything Plan" so Thanks, Dan Hesse!!!!

  • @yoshihdz Just so you know, some people cant afford it, so don't be a dick.

  • @SearchingforSanctum Well don't be a damn hater about it!

  • Comment removed

  • I HATE THESE SPRINT COMMERCIALS! Boy do they try to blow smoke up people's asses, these phone companies are all corrupt, especially t-mobile who's trying to jack me $200.00 + dollars on my two blackberrys for my family, I took them straight to the attorney general and BBB.

These corrupt CEO's try to act like they are good people, Sprint is one of the worst money laundering companies in the business. Over-priced phones, over-priced family plans, and annoying commercials.

  • The music is by Andrew Barkan, and it's called 'Marble Halls'. Sprint owns the rights to the song for now so it won't be available on his website (not that there is anything on there anyway).

  • I'm pretty skeptical of the song playing in the background being Bach - Suite No. 1 BWV 1007 Prelude

  • this guy is so full of shit. but hey everyone lets all go to 60s heaven and have a blast

  • i L*O*V*E* how the little sprint symbol flares away at the end of the commercial, it gives me tingles.

  • Me too, I love them! It makes me feel GREAT that I have Sprint!

  • lol, i have t-mobile tho, and sprint isnt doing so well lately, they're loosing customers by the millions and money. they need help! or else within the next few year you will be getting a new contract with someone else.

  • We signed up for another 2 year contract and ordered new phones. Sprint sent twice the phones we ordered. One set via UPS and one set via FedEx. We turned in the extra phones. They billed us for them anyway. Now they can't find the phones we turned in and refuse to give our money back.

Beware of giving Sprint access to your bank account through auto draft. They will take your money and refuse to give it back. Due to their inefficient hardware tracking.

    Please take this comment seriously.

  • Whats the music in this commercial?

  • Better be awesome for the $99/mo. they're charging.

  • sprint changed my plan with out telling me.

as i quit my service with them. they never gave me the month in advance that i paid. but charges me that month and added 13.77 to my bill when i was no in contract.

  • lol sorry dan instinct was a failure and so is your shitty company lol i cant understand why u thought you can create a iphone killer lolololol nice try though lolololol

  • is this boston?

  • the background is fake

  • yeah but its still footage from somewhere

  • yeah hollywood

  • yeah but its supposed to be somewhere in the US you weenbag

  • weenbag? what are you the urban dictionary? whatever asshole.

  • you are a fag

  • someone's mad. was it necessary for you to say it twice? what a loser you are!

  • 5GB Cap on "UNLIMITED INTERNET" wtf???

  • All right, everyone. Here's the deal. The piece is by Andrew Barkan, and it's called 'Marble Halls,' and it was composed for the commercial by Andrew through Antfood. This has been confirmed by Andrew Barkan himself! At least now we all know.

  • Sweet!

Now, can someone please tell me what kind of bird that is!??!??

    ...I'm totally kidding ;)

  • The only part of this commercial that I enjoyed was the beautiful entrance of the bird at 0.08s. I'm a little saddened that they used Bach's music with respect to the making of this commercial. I just wasn't feeling it.

    Anyway, I need a new phone =\

  • correction: ...they used *classical music...

Ohh and to the comment below me: sydnita - you're right but calm down lol. The music in the commercial could have easily been mistaken to that of Bach.

Yeah, so um ... I think it was a dove? Looks like it.

  • Looks like Dan Heese is taking Sprint back to the 1930s in this video. What a cheerful ad! Poor Sprint ....

  • What about capping EVDO cards on your "unlimited" plan to 5GB?

Sounds like I do have to worry about the meter running asshole.

  • dropped sprint went with cingular.

  • i had my ups and downs with sprint..

  • What's the song in the background?

    -Leared77123

  • I FOUND THE SONG NAME!!!

It's of course by Bach and the prelude of the song entitled Cello Suite Number 1

P.S. It took me about 15 minutes unlike some people :)

    enjoy!

    -Leared77123

  • thanks!

  • Yes! this is awsome...im always looking for songs in the background of commercials. YouTube never fails, thanks alot!

  • Not it. Listen closely.

  • Are you listening to how the version of the song sounds, or are you listening to the music being played? Cello Suite Number 1 is the correct song for this commercial, but the section of the song being played might be from the prelude.

  • Yeah, it's not any part of Cello Suite No. 1, prelude or other. The melodies are nothing alike. The structure from the Suite is very Bach and of-the-time - the structure of the piece in the commercial is much more modern. Maybe it was inspired by Cello Suite No. 1 because you could draw some parallels, but listen to the melodies - they're not the same at all. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills! Are you people high?!

  • I know the pain...I've been looking around for the song and everyone seems to think its Cello Suite but its not...

  • the name is marble halls by andrew barkan but its unreleased.

  • T H A N K Y O U ! !

  • Blast! I need this song!

  • lol only someone from julliard (like me) would know the name of this song... i'll never tell :p

  • excuse me, piece lol

  • its bach's cello suite 1, the prelude. BWV 1007. but I can't find this violin version. does anyone know who does the violin version?

  • no. its not

  • Does anyone know the name of that background music????

  • this is the only commercial I like

  • what is that song playing in the background let me know

  • The reason this guy this special offer because if you have problem with your phone or your bill, it will take you more than three hours to talk their idiot customer services. I wonder I can use walkie talkie to talk to the f**ing customer services!!!!!!!

  • I would recommend that rather than 'flashing-so-quickly' the different items that follow the "Unlimited...(insert text)" screen (at :20-sec mark), that they list all of these items below one another keeping them visible on the commercial as they (DATA) are what this plan is really about and the biggest differentiators from our competitor's unlimited plans?

  • Sprint did a follow-up commercial that showed the items much slower plus slammed Verizon and AT&T's plans as having only unlimited talk.

  • I would recommend that rather than 'flashing-so-quickly' the different items the follow the "Unlimited...(text)" screen, that they list all of these items below one another keeping them visible on the commercial as they are what this plan is really about and the biggest differentiators from our competitors?

  • i like the walkie talkie thing. when i am with friends it is extra cool because you dont have to keep dialing a phone. like on friday when we are trying to synch up. i have seen the gps being used and compared to the units you put in your car or the garmins, it iis pretty cool.

  • #1 Call quality, integrity, security.

Calls should always sound like you're talking to a real person, never drop for any reason short of the entire network going down, always be encrypted to keep conversations private

    #2 Worldwide, universal access.

You should be able to call from anywhere at anytime to anywhere at anytime without any kind of restrictions or extra cost

    #3 Flat rate, no contracts.

All calls should cost the same, no one should have to sign a contract to make calls

  • Agree with #1, #2 would be great but we live in a capitalistic society so it will cost you more to call those other foreign places. #3 disagree, the contracts are not for the minutes, but for the equipment. The phones cost a lot of money, people do not want to pay full retail price for a phone so carriers discount the phones in return they want a commitment for 2 years.

  • Way to go Sprint! Data and voice deal combined for $100 is cheaper than the other carriers.

  • Sounds like a great plan for existing and new customers!!

  • I want Text and data to be cheaper then Voice, as digital voice takes more bandwidth and pipe line then text, yet we pay more for text and data. and I want wireless providers to stop thinking that 100$ a month is a fair price to pay for phone service, I pay less then 40$ a month for my phone and I'm happy with it. the idea that we all need to be paying 100$+ a month is just silly and has a lot to do with the problems we have in the inner city's.
