7 years ago, I went through Sprint and I didn't like it. I can clearly say they came a long way from how it was before, I'm so happy my cousin and my aunt talked me into Sprint and I gotta say I'm happy I didn't go with Verizon, AT&Shit or T-Baby
Hey Mr Sprint CEO. Your service totally sucks in Yucaipa, CA. I have a BB 9330. It doesn't streamline vids on the web worth a crap. When my contract is up I'm switching!!!
&justme23005 when you add up the total bill for verizon or att, their plans with calling, unlimited text, and the most data they offer- their plans exceed $100 a month by alot. Even with sprints much maligned $10 premium data add-on charge, you're paying less. You might only get 450 anytime minutes, but your minutes only count for landline calls. Any mobile calls, regardless of carrier, don't count (unless you're roaming).
I tried to sign up for their $69.99/month plan. The person in customer service was completely clueless. It took me 45 minutes to find somebody who spoke english. They admitted that its a scam.
@justme23005 Not a scam. Cheaper than the other companies' data plans (except soon-to-be-swallowed-up T-Mobile). Sprint has extraordinary value for smartphone users.
@jayvola Actually, they are more expensive that the other plans. I was considering switching, because I had heard that their service was better in my area... which may be true.... but their customer service sucks..
Sprint sucks. Seriously... I'm presently on hold w/ some collection agency... I was charged $30 for a data on my last bill randomly (I don't have data) on my phone, got my bill 'adjusted' which apparently meant being sent to a credit agency.... And I handle this, all while using my minutes.... SPRINT BLOWS.
i used to have sprint now i have t-mobile their horrible... too many hidden fees! and their charging me $5 every month because i dont have automatic payment ! what a rip off!
This is a really good video. I enjoyed it. if you need more exposure for your videos check out t u b e v i e w s ( d o t m o b i ) Keep up the good videos and continue to make fresh content.
pretty awesome? no. sprint blows! change the way wireless companies do things? try learning from the others who aren't failing! and get some people who speak english while you're at it.
No other service offers all these extras! Yes, they are all crooks. Sprint is the least crooked of them all. How is he egotistical? He is a CEO trying to sell you on his company. If you were the CEO of a major corp, you would be "egotistical" too. Get a life!
These commercials are wierd. The CEO sounds like he is desperate. For some reason these commerials hammer home the economic danger we are in more than anything else.
everybody always take they cellphone companies to their attorney's and BBB. i don't think that does anything other than cost u more money. I've worked for t-mobile, sprint, verizon, and alltel. customers from EVERY company do the same thing. If you don't like them, THEN SWITCH!!! that's why they have more the one cell phone provider!!!!!
Laugh it up you guys...lol! And for those of you who don't know how to manage your phone bills...well learn!! I've been with Sprint for over 3 years and never had I had a problem with them. I love the "Simply Everything Plan" so Thanks, Dan Hesse!!!!
I HATE THESE SPRINT COMMERCIALS! Boy do they try to blow smoke up people's asses, these phone companies are all corrupt, especially t-mobile who's trying to jack me $200.00 + dollars on my two blackberrys for my family, I took them straight to the attorney general and BBB.
These corrupt CEO's try to act like they are good people, Sprint is one of the worst money laundering companies in the business. Over-priced phones, over-priced family plans, and annoying commercials.
The music is by Andrew Barkan, and it's called 'Marble Halls'. Sprint owns the rights to the song for now so it won't be available on his website (not that there is anything on there anyway).
lol, i have t-mobile tho, and sprint isnt doing so well lately, they're loosing customers by the millions and money. they need help! or else within the next few year you will be getting a new contract with someone else.
We signed up for another 2 year contract and ordered new phones. Sprint sent twice the phones we ordered. One set via UPS and one set via FedEx. We turned in the extra phones. They billed us for them anyway. Now they can't find the phones we turned in and refuse to give our money back.
Beware of giving Sprint access to your bank account through auto draft. They will take your money and refuse to give it back. Due to their inefficient hardware tracking.
as i quit my service with them. they never gave me the month in advance that i paid. but charges me that month and added 13.77 to my bill when i was no in contract.
lol sorry dan instinct was a failure and so is your shitty company lol i cant understand why u thought you can create a iphone killer lolololol nice try though lolololol
All right, everyone. Here's the deal. The piece is by Andrew Barkan, and it's called 'Marble Halls,' and it was composed for the commercial by Andrew through Antfood. This has been confirmed by Andrew Barkan himself! At least now we all know.
The only part of this commercial that I enjoyed was the beautiful entrance of the bird at 0.08s. I'm a little saddened that they used Bach's music with respect to the making of this commercial. I just wasn't feeling it.
Ohh and to the comment below me: sydnita - you're right but calm down lol. The music in the commercial could have easily been mistaken to that of Bach.
Yeah, so um ... I think it was a dove? Looks like it.
Are you listening to how the version of the song sounds, or are you listening to the music being played? Cello Suite Number 1 is the correct song for this commercial, but the section of the song being played might be from the prelude.
Yeah, it's not any part of Cello Suite No. 1, prelude or other. The melodies are nothing alike. The structure from the Suite is very Bach and of-the-time - the structure of the piece in the commercial is much more modern. Maybe it was inspired by Cello Suite No. 1 because you could draw some parallels, but listen to the melodies - they're not the same at all. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills! Are you people high?!

I would recommend that rather than 'flashing-so-quickly' the different items that follow the "Unlimited...(insert text)" screen (at :20-sec mark), that they list all of these items below one another keeping them visible on the commercial as they (DATA) are what this plan is really about and the biggest differentiators from our competitor's unlimited plans?

i like the walkie talkie thing. when i am with friends it is extra cool because you dont have to keep dialing a phone. like on friday when we are trying to synch up. i have seen the gps being used and compared to the units you put in your car or the garmins, it iis pretty cool.
Calls should always sound like you're talking to a real person, never drop for any reason short of the entire network going down, always be encrypted to keep conversations private
#2 Worldwide, universal access.
You should be able to call from anywhere at anytime to anywhere at anytime without any kind of restrictions or extra cost
#3 Flat rate, no contracts.
All calls should cost the same, no one should have to sign a contract to make calls
Agree with #1, #2 would be great but we live in a capitalistic society so it will cost you more to call those other foreign places. #3 disagree, the contracts are not for the minutes, but for the equipment. The phones cost a lot of money, people do not want to pay full retail price for a phone so carriers discount the phones in return they want a commitment for 2 years.
I want Text and data to be cheaper then Voice, as digital voice takes more bandwidth and pipe line then text, yet we pay more for text and data. and I want wireless providers to stop thinking that 100$ a month is a fair price to pay for phone service, I pay less then 40$ a month for my phone and I'm happy with it. the idea that we all need to be paying 100$+ a month is just silly and has a lot to do with the problems we have in the inner city's.
