  • Very good tutorial man i am usually a fan of a one two three process but it was worth the time you put in to explain how to do this trick. I would love to learn how to do a 520 and a 720 can you show those kicks also in the same fashion. i am almost 300 hundred pounds that may be the problem but nevertheless i still want to learn the kicks. i plan on losing weight but i need those kicks. thanks again for sharing, Usss.

    it's the fact that up have both legs straight and jump leaving your body in a horizontol axis.

  • i used to be able to throw double legs at that height from just a torqued twist no steps xD lasted for about a day and then next day went back to hitting the ground =[

  • most retards think they have to jump up like sideflip but this trick is actually a pop 360 but with 2 legs

  • I would like to add a note.... if you dont block enough or jump up enough before you torq (this happened to me) then you will land on one of your legs and the momentum from the torq will transfer into your hip and put it out of place, at first i didnt notice but then i couldnt do splits anymore and a couple of years later my back compensated for my hip balance wise and went way out of place.

  • I used this tutorial to try my double leg today, the hips facing east tip helped loads, could someone check mine out cuz I did loads then lost it in the same day, momentum started going everywhere but up.

  • PRACTICE!!!!!!

    I cannot stress that practice is essential with this trick. Once you get more comfortable with the trick, make a mental not to keep your legs straight.

  • Yeah thanks I had some problem with this move I learned a Raiz when I tryed a Double Leg how weird is that? but yeah my raiz is awesome now and now this time Ill get the Double Leg like it was intended in the first place.
