Watch your language. The term 'compound' is a military term and a buzzword the propagandists use to marginalise those who would stand up to the government. The Davidians never used that term for their church, their home. I made the same mistake till I caught myself.
Another clarification: sounds of slaughtered rabbits, not pigs.

I'm not pro. this group. There is one thing to consider though that should scare us all. Considering that we are supposed to be a place of religious freedom, that case really should concern Americans.
the problem is we have too many ignorant stupid sheep. as long as it is not directly affecting them, they could care less. the world needs more love for each other.
Thanks for the clarification dbutch. I realized as I was giving an overview of what went down at Ruby Ridge that I had misspoke but concluded that rather than re-shoot that part I'd just make note of it using the annotations function in YouTube. You should see a little box pop-up from about 1:42-1:47 that corrects my verbal mistake.
I've got a couple playlists setup on my site for Waco: Rules of Engagement and Waco: The Big Lie Continues. Will definitely shed some light on the subject for ya!
And according to Timothy McVeigh, Waco and Ruby Ridge incidents were the reason he blew the hell out of the Murrah Building in Oklahoma City.
The firearms Koresh had on the property in question by ATF were inventory for his business which he was properly licensed for by the ATF. David Koresh was a legal gun dealer in the United States of America, not some two-bit punk selling stolen guns on the street to gang bangers.
Same here...I'm glad you guys went their to explain what happened in a way that was both very respectful and very relevant to all of our rights...sadly many do dismiss their peril because of their religion.
I bet the weight of the history of what happened that place was very intense when you were there visiting.
After re-watching this video, I noticed that they no longer have the trees in front of the church for each of the victims of the slaughter that were planted when Alex Jones and his volunteers built the church in 2000.

Too many libertarians/voluntaryists dismiss the Waco incident, because of the religious angle. That's a shame.
Thank you for covering it.
