I've heard you can get an answerphone message from him instead of Crystal so maybe..
the only way I can think to make him survive getting shot from Sadik is by leaving the sewers before you see him getting shot i.e. as soon as Clovis starts speaking; but I've never been able to leave the room until after he's been shot and fallen into the radioactive waste (the blue arrow just wouldn't show up :-/ )
To get a Dektora ending you have to be a Rep sympathiser but piss off Lucy. So, VK her instead of warning her about Crystal. It's tough because this pushes you towards a Clovis ending, to ensure you steer it towards Dektora instead of Clovis all I can advise is choose the kindest options available when talking to Dektora. If Dektora is a rep and you have to kill her with Crystal, follow her to the top of the club then put your gun away so she can escape.

Cheers. I got Vista right now, so when I can get Blade Runner playing on this, I'll try completing all the endings. That'd be neat. I watched my brother play Blade Runner for years and the only ending we ever failed to get was the Dektora one.

I've managed to get a few more endings (involving Dektora, and when you have enough DNA data versus not enough DNA data - like in your Lucy ending).
I'm going to upload all my endings too :)
(about 9 or 10 in total I think)
