The howling is an involuntary, behaviour triggered when certain frequencies & duration of sound hit the dog's hearing (varies per dog but in this case the baby's crying) and it is compelled to make this noise to seek contact with pack members or reveal its location to pack members that are already calling out this way.

The congressional investigation on the Keating "scandal" actually CLEARED Mr. McCain of everything (look it up). On the case of Obama and Rezko, the jury is still out on that one (but Obama still enjoys that mansion he bought with that BLOOD MONEY).
Also, as you may also know, Obama took more money in 3 years from Fannie Mae, the one who created this whole mess thanks to his advisers, than 370 other lawmakers took in Washington in 9 years. Only Chris Dodd took more money from Fannie than Obama, and he is the CHAIRMAN of the committee that deals with them.
