The "JMF" is just what he called his highly customized UBF-7. I guess JMF stands for Jimmy Franklin. Anyway, he moved the cockpit back 30", raised the landing gear, added struts, and a bunch of other stuff so no its not a real waco anymore in the factory original sense.

This aircraft has been modified for this type of high G flying.
Waco Modifications:
-Replacing the 220 h.p. engine with a 450 h.p. engine-
-Installing a 3 blade propeller-
-Moving the cockpit back 30 inches-
-Adding 18 inches to the landing gear-
-Installing extra cabin struts-
-Constructing extra flying wires-
-Stress Levels....................+-9 Gs
