kate i love ypu most of the time but it kills me a little inside whenever you say fat is bad. it is true that some fats are bad for you but there are a lot of them that are good for you, olive oil is one of the ones that is good for you. also it is a common misconception that fat makes you fat, to much of the wrong kinds of fats is unhealthy, and can cause buildup in your heart and stuff witch may make you less likely to want to put strain on your body witch might make you fat. fat can be good.

The extra vitamin D can really help, and if you aren't actually sick yet you can pull on a hoodie and get really warm, which helps kill infections! Yay making use of all this bloody sunlight!

Healthy food is not always healthy if its all you eat. If it doesnt make any sense , ask Cory. If he doesnt get it either imagine a beautiful plant kept in perfect conditions, correct amount of water every time, sunshine always in the sky, then suddently plant it outside in the wild and watch it die in a few days.
