I use a rainbow vaccum cleaner with crevice tool. Dust Off and other "Can o Air" products now have bittering agents to discourage people from huffing the gas that comes out. The contents of the can are inert gas which is pressurized into a liquid. There are no safety valves to prevent the compressed liquid from coming out and it is cold. My vaccum purifies the air with water and has a hepa filter so using the crevice tool on the blowing side creates exceptional clean air flow.
@twowise11 Usually nothing happens and it just evaporates but you can possibly short circuit something. There may still be some charge left on the components even with the power cable unplugged and the liquid can end up damaging your component(s). I've accidentally sprayed some on my components before and nothing happened, but that doesn't mean nothing will happen every time. It's better to just avoid taking the chance.

how long do you wait to clean your pc usually? im afraid to take all the fans off and do all that junk i dont trust myself to do it correctly
