Jason, What would be the shortest time that I could have a cutting in grow for? and how many square feet or meters is a 1000 watt light good for or how many plants can i have in either stage under a single 1000 watt?? Thanks man hope to hear from you.
pre treating soil right out of the bag is key, usually the PH is WAY TO LOW....
also tarantula works better with its partner in success "piranha" the two mixes of fungi work together, one helps protect heal and strengthen roots and the other perfects its ability to preform nutrient uptake and growth...
best used as lower dosages together than separate at a normal feed.
Dude I have no idea of the soil quality there. This said if faced with such a problem for my plants?
1. I would check the PH of the soil with a digital PH meter.
2. Check the PPM reading on the soil with a parts per million nutrient reader.
3. I would talk to neighbors or view their lawns or yards for growing tropical plants which would imply the soil is fertile as with vegetative growth in the surrounding area you plan to cultivate?
Then you will have a full idea of what you are dealing with in relation to soil. Likely if it was a fox farm it will have heavy nitrogen from all the fox shit over the years in theory?
i wanna grow and im new at this and im confused with nutrients can you help, first, i dont know the soil i will use, i think some soils have proteins and if you add nutritions you can damage the plant, so what soil should i use that i can get at home depot or w/e and what nutrients should i get and where?
if your using ocean forrest then no nutes are needed for a few weeks at least, for seeds or clones i would use half ocean forrest and half light warrior....ocean forrest is pretty strong and can burn little plants
Ramble on, I'll listen, its weird my local bunnings (everything hardware & gardening) doesn't even know what ph up and ph down are. I was disappointed because they have about 50 different flowering ferts.
We are using the sensi grow A & B product along with organic b, medi-cal, and a few other organic vitamins and nutrients. If I go by the recommended dose on the back of each container for each nutrient my total PPMs are extreamly high. should my PPM be an overall reading or per nutrient added? If I use less than the recomended dose for multiple nutrients and get an overall PPM that is sutable for the plant, am i cheating the plants out of nutrients or am I doing it correctly?
Another informative video. I am starting my first grow and as you stated, the nutes that you're using are expensive. Is there any other nutes that i could use that are fairly chep but effective?
Great video as always! If you have the time in the next one-could you show or tell us the N-P-K ratio from the nutrients you're using? I'm using a basic Dyna-Grow 7-9-5 liquid concentrate w/ HBC'S OWN Potassium supplement. Thanks for the info and keep the videos coming!

MrFire203 2 years ago
you dont, you can up pot into the full sized container right away.
theories have it up sizing containers helps root development....I have yet to see any proof.
