Gorz over Tragoedia?-What do you preferr?

Trag would be better if u could run more of them. I prefer Gorz, because unless you have 4 or more cards in your hand, Trag is just gonna get ran over if you don't utilize him fully next turn.

If you get stomped every game and need a luck sack out, yes , you probably need gorz. If you play an anti meta deck that focuses on controlling the board or pitching, trag will be worth the while.

trag is more useful but gorz is just automatic field control you have an automatic 2700 and a monster to take on one of the monsters on his field and you would useally wait for the strongest monster to hit direct so its automatic control i reccomend gorz over trag but if you can go for both just do that because twilight abuses both of them

Trag has a miny Slifer Thing in case people forgot. with 600 instead of a thousand. plus its battle damage rather than direct attack with no cards on the field. Trag is good, gorz wins games though. you still have to use them right though

Definitely Gorz. For Tragoedia to really be good you need to have a big hand, Gorz doesn't have that problem. He can get hit by traps, but he's generally more consistent.

I'd rather have Gorz, becuase it can redirect the highest damage you take, or summon a monster with the attack you took, use lightning vortex, use heavy storm, OTK, or if your lucky when they have a machine on Limiter Removal atk with 8000+ATK summon Gorz, Redirect it (if you have no traps) and OTK them

I would go trago because i run blackwings heavy synchro and gorz can mod his level and is much easier to get out. But it is funny when my opponnent used brionac and i summoned gorz. LOL

I run a Gorz in every deck, no matter whether it be my Plant Deck or my Zombie Synchro deck. Gorz is broke as hell, but I love it, and it will never be more than Limited. Tragoedia might be Limited in the March list update. It is doing too good right now for Zombies.

Gorz is much better in my opinon. If the damage you took was large you can summon a token equal to the attack, or if it was low then you can inflict the same damage to your opponet.

Plus the 2700 attack is pretty good. And the artwork is BEASTLY!

You read the card wrong. When you take battle damage you can only summon a token, to do damage back it must be effect damage.

Gorz is like a perfect wall... you have no cards... Gorz in your hand. Special summon when they attack and fuck them over... it is a card that belongs in alot of decks.

I prefer Gorz myself because you don't need a lot of hand advantage for him to have a ton of attack. Tragoedia only surpasses Gorz in terms of power when your hand is at five, and if that's the case, you should have enough cards to defeat your opponent without it.

Also, this doesn't factor into it too much, but Gorz is way more available than Trag. Just pick up one of those Dark Legends sets and you can get a Gorz easily, but Tragoedia's unavailable outside of the Jump Promos.

Tragoedia is better because it can be used as a quick synchro and you can gain control of an opponents monster. the bad thing about Gorz is that you have to have a 0 field.

Tragodiea is way better than Gorz because of it's versitility; because it needs battle damange of any kind to be special summoned, instead of just a direct attack.

tragodia has effects that come out on the next turn, plus since tragodia usually comes out with low ATK, its easy to destroy, espeecially with fissure at three.

Gorz has two ways of coming out, so its good against swarmers and burners. it can be a game turner when its played, i'm not saying tragodia can't be, but i've seen people scoop to gorz more.

Hmm, depends on what kind of deck your running, if its trap heavy then its trag, if you like control then Trag it is again,

If you find your field empty most of the time, gorz is ok.

Either way, both are Allure-able and can feed the grave for DaD etc.

Gorz and Tragoedia is both good, but if you're running no continous cards, then Gorz is better. Overall,

Gorz = 8.7 / 10

Tragoedia = 8.6 / 10

look i admit gorz has a better effect but you can only use gorz effect once AND you can only summon him when you have no cards on the field you can spam trag with his effect and take your oponents monster or even better bring him down to syncro quick, also with trag you can use him to stop an otk even if he doesn't have a massive amount of atk or def at the time. My point in a deck without syncro run gorz in a deck with it run trag.

For this format which luckily only has another two weeks, Gorz has been better due to it's second effect, when your opponent has low life and they try to use DSF and you have no field, drop gorz so they take the damage too which would kill them first.
